The Fire Circle
Half a day for a leadership team or a single department. One fire, one facilitated experience, one honest conversation. The smallest true version of what we do.

A temporary village, built for one day, around a well tended central flame.
Start a conversationIt is the one thing that reliably makes a group of people put their phones down and speak honestly to one another. Every organisation wants attention, presence and candour. A fire produces all three, in a field, in a day.
People arrive, take part, make something, share a meal, and return again and again to the Hearth. By the end the fire is more than a fire. It is the thing everyone remembers, and a picture of the community they belong to.

An unlit hearth and an informal welcome.
A shared opening. Everyone contributes to the fire before it is lit.
The fire is lit. The day begins.
Fire, Earth, Air and Water. Rotating, hands on, everyone takes part.
A shared meal, music, and a closing gathering around a living fire.
Bold, hands on creative work around the flame.
Practical craft. Building something real with the hands.
Finding voice, and the stories a team carries.
Conversation, and working together in flow.

In July 2026 we built a day like this for a national food business. Around fifty people, one fire, from morning until dark.
A tipi and a central hearth on a country estate. Participation in the morning, four experiences through the afternoon, a long table at dusk and fire circles into the night.
Client named on request.

Every Hearth is built around the same fire. What changes is the scale, the atmosphere and the depth of the experience.

A cinematic film of two to three minutes, short cut downs for your channels, and edited photography of the people, the atmosphere and the moments that mattered. Most organisations find this is the part that keeps working long after the day ends.

How many, roughly when, and what you would want them to leave with. We will come back with the shape of a day and a number.
